Boxing For Women
This Women’s Boxing round is just what you need for the new year and new you! It will be a 6-week session on Tuesday and Thursday nights and YOU WILL LOVE THIS CLASS! This class helps you learn self-defense techniques, increase strength, power, core strength, and balance all while burning a ton of calories. Be prepared to jump rope, learn boxing moves and how to hit with mitts and gloves, and engage in strength training during this fun and intense workout! All levels are welcome and we will meet you where your level is, so don’t hesitate if you have never done anything like this before….you will be well taken care of and trained for success.
